Celina Jaitley has slapped a legal notice on Endemol India. Apparently, the TV production house has been constantly harassing her for joining the reality show Fear Factor. Celina had declined their offer some time back.

The actress has charged Anand Chavan of Endemol India for sending her unwanted SMSes and calling her repetitively at odd hours. He has also repeatedly been saying that he wants to be her manager.

Celina took legal action after constantly being harassed by the official. Says she, "I have no problems with Endemol as a company, but it is the people who represent the company who should know that they are the face of the company and should behave appropriately."

The actress also feels that the company is trying to capitalise on her fame.
